EOI - O&M Specialist

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role: The O&M Specialist will develop and implement strategies documentation and standards to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of metro infrastructure and systems. This role bridges the design delivery and operation phases ensuring lifecycle considerations are embedded throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define O&M strategies and procedures aligned with international and RTA standards
• Prepare maintenance plans asset registers and operation manuals
• Review designs for maintainability and operability; advise on improvements
• Conduct risk assessments and readiness reviews with operations teams
• Support client training onboarding and transition to steady-state operation

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in O&M planning and delivery for metro/rail systems
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance strategy development planning and execution
• Familiarity with RCM RAMS and asset management frameworks (ISO 55000 series preferred)
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region ideally with RTA interface is desirable
