Emirati Marketing Assistant (UAE Nationals Only) 2 Positions
Are you a creative and enthusiastic Emirati national with a passion for marketing and law Do you want to work for one of the UAEs leading law firms in a dynamic and supportive environment If yes then this is the opportunity for you!
We are looking for two UAE National Marketing Assistants to join our clients marketing department based in their downtown Dubai offices. You will be responsible for assisting with various marketing activities such as:
- Creating and updating content for our website social media newsletters brochures and other marketing materials
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Supporting the planning and of events webinars seminars and workshops
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as lawyers clients media vendors and agencies
- Maintaining and updating our CRM system and marketing database
- Performing other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
To be successful in this role you should have:
- A bachelors degree in marketing communications business administration or a related field
- At least one year of experience in a similar role preferably in a professional services or legal industry
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress Mailchimp Google Analytics etc.
- A creative flair and an eye for detail
- A proactive and collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong interest in the legal sector and the UAE market
