Our Gulf Career Programme is a structured fully supported pathway for experienced Caribbean professionals who are ready to take their careers to an international stage. We prepare you professionally introduce your profile to confirmed Gulf employers and support you from application through to your first day in role.

Salary Ranges (Tax-Free Gulf Employment)
Hospitality Frontline: AED per month
Hospitality Supervisory: AED per month
Healthcare Registered Nurse: AED per month

Aviation and Airport: AED per month
Facilities and Operations: AED per month
Digital and Technology: AED per month
Corporate and Business Support: AED per month
Real Estate and Property: AED per month
All roles include employer-provided accommodation annual return flights health insurance UAE residency visa and transport. Zero income tax.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the programme applicants must meet the following criteria:
Jamaican or Caribbean national holding a valid passport
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in your stated sector
Recognised qualification in your field (degree diploma or professional certification/licence)
Genuine commitment to an international placement of 12 months or more
Clean police record clearance (must be current less than 6 months old at deployment)
Available to complete professional preparation within 46 weeks of acceptance
Eligible to travel and work internationally
Programme Investment
This programme is available through our Deferred Payment Plan designed so that the fee is never the reason you do not go.
Pay a small deposit today to secure your place and begin your professional preparation. The remaining balance is recovered in small monthly amounts directly from your Gulf salary capped at 10% of your gross monthly salary per month over 1218 months.

From the month after your balance is cleared every dirham you earn is entirely yours.
NOTE: In accordance with UAE Labour Law and MLSS regulations no placement fee is ever charged to candidates for securing employment. The programme fee covers professional development and preparation only not the act of securing employment.
