Graduate from college or above, E-commerce operation major is preferred.

- English commission should be proficient,

- Chinese or Arabic is recommended

- More than 1 year of service management experience.

- Problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative), mobile phone electronic products fancier is preferred.

- Advanced in PowerPoint, Excel, word software. Holding responsible for E-commerce operation planning, analysis, report creation. etc.

- Good service consciousness, self-motivated with result-oriented working attitude.

- Project management experience is preferred, ability to work under pressure.

Job description:

- Assist Service manager/Operation manager to optimize e-commerce process in UAE and KSA; Maintain E-commerce service system and monitor E2E orders.

- E-commerce service knowledge creation, FAQ review, T&E review prior product/new campaign launches on E-commerce platform.

- Proactive and Innovative, accountable for QA/complaint report and service improvement initiatives.

- Able to propose, facilitate and follow-up on BU/Function initiatives. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, report writing and analytical skills (the ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions and provide solutions)

- Effective in compiling, analyzing data and creating documentation. Ability to summarize key points from delivery raw data, compile to operation report for continuous service improvement plan.

- Primary owner to handle E-commerce complaints submitted from all channels including E-commerce platform, Hotline, Online chat, WhatsApp, social media to ensure a good shopping experience for customers.

- Improve online E-commerce system which indicate on continuous improvement of customer sales transformation.

- Assisting service manager to build the VOC dashboard of E-commerce and daily professional operation. Responsible for investigation of dissatisfied E-commerce customers’ concern and fix it accordingly.

- Enrich various service products on E-commerce platform such as service rights, carrying out service promotion and branding.
