Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the delivery function for all stores.
Ensure timely delivery by effective scheduling and intensive follow-ups.
Ensures & improves the operations and increase the order acceptance rate, reduce store delay.
Implement new configurations to support operations.
Identify causes of operational issues as well as symptoms, diagnosis, and cure.
Collaborative problem solving with many different stakeholders in the business, Account management, Driver operations, Customer Service, etc
