What You Will Do:
- Responsible for all revenue generating activities; prospecting presenting driving value and closing new business
- Develop robust customer-centric sales strategies to retain grow and gain new business
- Develop and manage contract P&L and OI of customer portfolios
- Uncover customer business challenges and provide insights on new industry trends and best practices
- Identify customer needs and leverage Ecolab solutions and innovations to create value communicate our impact and capture value for Ecolab
- Close partnership with corporate accounts finance and legal to ensure profitability compliance and brand standards
- Collaborate across our businesses to identify new opportunities and serve our customers as One Ecolab
- Manage a prospect pipeline to ensure sustained and healthy growth for the division
- Look for ways to grow Ecolab presence in market to gain competitive business
- Average team size of 810 direct reports
- Drive business sales growth and deliver short and long-term financial results within the Institutional division
- Lead all sales activity for assigned region (local state and sub-region level)
- Recruit train and develop and engage a diverse high performing team of CAMs
- Leverage market knowledge to develop support and execute customer specific strategies to ensure corporate accounts retention growth and new customer acquisition goals are met
- Drive safety first culture and accountability
- Be a mentor to others to find cultivate and develop the CAM team of the future
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 10 years foodservice or hospitality industry sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated sales skills including relationship-based selling and prospecting
