Requirements

At least 10 years of experience managing a team in underwriting or handling claims within the NonMotor insurance sector in the UAE or home country.

Insurance qualifications such as FIII or ACII are mandatory.

Proven expertise in understanding and applying knowledge of NonMotor insurance products.

Skillful in market analysis relationship building and navigating complex market dynamics.

Exceptional in multitasking assertive communication and strategic thinking.

Strong time management skills with a proven ability to deliver tangible results.
