Competencies Required For The Role
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Master's degree, PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of 8+ years as a Solution Architect & transition management, preferably within the captive GSC organization.
- Strong knowledge of BPO processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in creating architectural diagrams and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
