Ontime Group is looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our team. In this role you will assist our dental practitioners in delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining a friendly and efficient dental environment. Your professional expertise and dedication to patient care will be key in fostering a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures by providing necessary chairside support
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with safety and infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and documentation
- Manage appointment schedules and assist in optimizing patient flow within the practice
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patient conditions as needed under dental supervision
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred (1-2 years)
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive work environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient care and safety
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting
