As a Customer Support Officer you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries providing timely support managing documentation and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

- Maintain and update customer records and documentation.

Requirements:
- UAEN with a Family Book
- High School or Diploma qualification
- 12 years of experience in customer service operations or administration (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficient in computer use and Windows-based applications
- Organized detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to join immediately
