Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer in Dubai to provide exceptional support to patients visitors and healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service patient relations appointment coordination healthcare administration front office operations and complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and patient support in a healthcare environment
Handle patient inquiries appointments registrations and service requests
Assist patients with hospital procedures documentation and healthcare services
Coordinate with doctors nurses and administrative departments
Manage incoming calls emails and front desk communications
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate patient records and service documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient confidentiality standards
Support billing insurance verification and appointment scheduling processes
Promote a positive patient experience and high service standards
Requirements
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Customer Service or related field
Experience in hospitals clinics medical centers or healthcare facilities preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Knowledge of patient service standards and healthcare administration
UAE healthcare experience preferred
