CRM Administrator

We are looking for a CRM Administrator to manage monitor and optimize our CRM system to ensure seamless lead flow accurate data tracking and high-performance team coordination.

This role is ideal for someone highly tech-savvy detail-oriented and comfortable working with automation and AI-assisted chat systems. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments can handle high volumes without errors and understands the importance of CRM hygiene and response time performance. • Monitor daily CRM activity to ensure data accuracy and system hygiene.

• Oversee incoming chats and filter AI-handled conversations versus those requiring human intervention.

• Assign and reassign leads based on team availability and workload distribution.

• Maintain structured lead pipelines with accurate status updates and documentation.

• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure proper lead follow-up.

• Communicate clearly regarding lead allocation and reassignment decisions.

• Provide guidance to team members on proper CRM usage and data entry standards.

• Escalate system or performance issues to management when required.

• Audit CRM activities notes response times and lead statuses regularly.

• Monitor team engagement and ensure no leads are missed or delayed.

• Support performance reporting and basic tracking dashboards.

• Identify inefficiencies in chat flow or CRM processes and suggest improvements.

• Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho or similar).

• Strong technical aptitude with comfort in automation tools and AI-assisted workflows.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage high-volume activity accurately and efficiently.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify system gaps and inconsistencies.

• Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field is a plus.
