- The ability to assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials.
- The ability to work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
- The ability to handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Requirements
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required.
- Previous experience within similar position.
