We are looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to help us build effective systems using
Cloud services and products. As an ideal candidate, you will have a good understanding of
emerging technologies, platforms, and applications and an ability to customize them. You will be
skilled at using the Cloud platform to build software delivery pipelines, deploy and monitor
services, and manage and learn from incidents. If you have extensive knowledge of deploying and
debugging systems, cloud maintenance, and executing new cloud initiatives, we would love to talk
to you.
We are looking for:
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Support Engineer
Cloud Computing Awareness
Incident Management Knowledge and Hands-on-Experience.
Basic Azure CLI/AWS CLI commands.
Working Knowledge/Understanding of Microservices/K8s/Docker
Monitoring and Log management with any tools (AWS monitoring, Azure
monitoring,Datadog, NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana )
Ability to create new Alerts in Azure/AWS Tools
Ticketing Tool like ServiceNow
Pattern Identifications/L1 L2 Analysis for Alerts/Incidents
Minimum Experience - 3 yrs of Experience
2 years in Support Projects
Certification - Azure or AWS Beginner Certifications
Good Communication skill.
Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shift.
