Requirements
Accounts Payable & Reconciliation:
Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and manage recurring invoice schedules to ensure timely processing.
Maintain accounting systems and databases with up-to-date financial information.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Event and Project Cost Management
Prepare and maintain cost sheets for shoots events and related activities.
Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure supporting documentation is accurate.
Revenue & Expense Analysis
Analyse and reconcile revenue and cost data for reporting and forecasting.
Liaise with various departments to resolve accounting queries and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Compliance & Support
Respond to tax-related inquiries and provide documentation as required.
Support internal teams with financial data and assist with audit preparations.
Personal Attributes & Essential Skills:
Strong background in departmental operations and accounting processes
