Job Summary
ITP Media Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires a solid foundation in departmental operations accounts payable processes and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to managing accounting-related functions.
Requirements
Accounts Payable & Reconciliation:
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and manage recurring invoice schedules to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accounting systems and databases with up-to-date financial information.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Event and Project Cost Management
- Prepare and maintain cost sheets for shoots events and related activities.
- Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure supporting documentation is accurate.
Revenue & Expense Analysis
- Analyse and reconcile revenue and cost data for reporting and forecasting.
- Liaise with various departments to resolve accounting queries and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Compliance & Support
- Respond to tax-related inquiries and provide documentation as required.
- Support internal teams with financial data and assist with audit preparations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed Accountant (CPA or equivalent)
- Strong organizational and technical expertise in accounting
- 5 6 years of experience in general accounting including VAT returns and financial reporting
