Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Cluster Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our creative department you will be responsible for developing high-quality brand-aligned visual assets across multiple properties within our organization.
- Create compelling visual content for print digital and social media platforms that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce a wide range of materials including promotional items operational materials and guest experience assets
- Manage and organize creative projects ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Maintain and improve cluster-wide image and media libraries including photography video and digital assets
- Support regional events campaigns and on-property creative initiatives
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all cluster properties
- Assist in the creation of email campaigns web banners and other digital marketing materials
- Conduct quality checks on all materials and maintain a reference archive
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies
- Participate in client familiarization trips events and activations as needed
- Apply cost-effective solutions while maintaining luxury brand quality
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field
- Proven experience in creating print digital and social media materials preferably in the hospitality or luxury goods sector
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
- Working knowledge of HTML/Dreamweaver and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- In-depth understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategies in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- A creative and innovative approach to design challenges
- Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and standards
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality design work
