General Overview:
We are supporting our client a leading organization in the insurance sector to hire an experienced Client Relationship Manager - General Insurance (Arabic Speaker). The ideal candidate will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of large corporate clients with a strong focus on property insurance within the UAE market.
This role requires a highly skilled insurance professional who can strengthen C-suite relationships identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored risk management and insurance solutions. The candidate will play a key role in driving retention and contributing to new business revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients with an emphasis on property insurance.
- Conduct comprehensive GAP analyses to identify growth potential and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement customized risk management and insurance programs aligned with client needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including Risk Consulting and Mercer Marsh Benefits to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead client renewal strategies and contribute to achieving new business and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation client information and oversee related administrative processes.
- Ensure exceptional client service while supporting long-term strategic account planning.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of insurance experience preferably within a multinational insurance or brokerage environment.
- Proven expertise in general lines insurance with strong knowledge of property portfolios and corporate accounts.
- Fluency in Arabic and solid experience within the UAE insurance market (mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong sales negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling diverse corporate client portfolios in the UAE.
- Preferred: CII certification or recognized qualifications in general insurance.
