We are supporting our client a leading organization in the insurance sector to hire an experienced Client Relationship Manager - General Insurance (Arabic Speaker). The ideal candidate will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of large corporate clients with a strong focus on property insurance within the UAE market.
This role requires a highly skilled insurance professional who can strengthen C-suite relationships identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored risk management and insurance solutions. The candidate will play a key role in driving retention and contributing to new business revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients with an emphasis on property insurance.
Conduct comprehensive GAP analyses to identify growth potential and cross-selling opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives to enhance client engagement and retention.
Develop and implement customized risk management and insurance programs aligned with client needs.
Work collaboratively with internal teams including Risk Consulting and Mercer Marsh Benefits to ensure seamless service delivery.
Lead client renewal strategies and contribute to achieving new business and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales documentation client information and oversee related administrative processes.
Ensure exceptional client service while supporting long-term strategic account planning.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of insurance experience preferably within a multinational insurance or brokerage environment.
Proven expertise in general lines insurance with strong knowledge of property portfolios and corporate accounts.
Fluency in Arabic and solid experience within the UAE insurance market (mandatory).
Valid UAE driving license.
Strong sales negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience handling diverse corporate client portfolios in the UAE.
Preferred: CII certification or recognized qualifications in general insurance.
