Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook dishes in accordance with established recipes and portion control guidelines.
Ensure all food is presented attractively and meets quality standards before service.
Maintain proper food storage labeling and inventory management to minimize waste.
Follow all health safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Assist in managing kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff as needed.
Adapt to changing menu demands and special dietary requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques hygiene standards and kitchen safety.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
