Job Summary

The Channel Partner Manager manages and grows relationships between the developer and brokerage firms ensuring brokers are enabled and motivated to sell properties

Requirements

- Manage strong relationships with brokerage firms.

- Provide project information pricing and sales tools.

- Deliver training and presentations to brokers.

- Drive sales performance through brokerage channels.

- Organize broker events roadshows and engagement programs.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

- Report market insights and competitor feedback.

Required Skills:

Proven ability to manage confidential financial data responsibly. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.

Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Commerce Finance or a related field
