We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Career Counselor to join our team for the 2026/27 academic year. The ideal candidate will guide students in identifying their strengths interests and career pathways while supporting them in planning their future academic and professional journeys.
Provide individual and group counseling to students regarding career choices university pathways and vocational options.
Organize career events university fairs workshops and guest speaker sessions.
Assist students with university applications personal statements and scholarship opportunities.
Conduct assessments to help students explore career interests and strengths.
Maintain updated knowledge of local and international universities admission requirements and labor market trends.
Collaborate with teachers parents and school leadership to support students career development.
Maintain confidential student records and provide progress reports as needed.
Bachelors degree in Counseling School & Educational Counseling Addiction & Substance Abuse Counselling Career Counselling Psychological Counselling (Masters preferred).
Relevant experience in career counseling academic advising or student guidance.
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Knowledge of global university systems and career pathways.
