Position: Marketing Director (Real Estate)
Salary: $6000-$6500 per month
Location: Phnom Penh
Purpose Statement
Our client a leader real estate development is seeking a Marketing Director to oversee their branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have have experience working for a real estate developer or from the real estate industry with experience in video production website operations brand promotion media operations and of course creative design and event organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for industry analysis in the local and overseas real estate sector including market and regional research competitor analysis and providing regular market research reports.
Oversee external brand communication and extract the brands core values in line with the companys branding strategy.
Manage the marketing team and provide market-related training and guidance to team members and relevant departments.
Have experience in managing marketing for large-scale primary land development projects or integrated primary and secondary real estate projects.
