Orbit International Survey Services LLC seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the UAE market specifically within the Oilfield Facilities Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Mechanical Integrity and Dimensional Control sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge proven experience in bidding and quotation preparation and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE oil & gas and industrial sectors.
Promote company services including Oilfield Facilities support TPI services Mechanical Integrity solutions and Dimensional Control activities.
Prepare review and submit competitive bids proposals and quotations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client accounts.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities in the UAE region.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate proposal submissions.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals in line with company objectives.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Attend client meetings technical discussions and site visits as required.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Business Development.
At least 5 years of experience in the UAE market.
Strong experience in Oil & Gas sector specifically in Oilfield Facilities Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Mechanical Integrity Dimensional Control
Proven experience in Bid Management and Quotation preparation.
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
In-depth knowledge of UAE market and industry standards.
