We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager with 5 years of proven experience in insurance sales in the UAE-either with insurers or brokers. You will manage your own book of business and lead growth initiatives across General Insurance including Medical.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business and renewals independently in the first year
Based on performance 2nd year build and lead a 3-member sales team
Manage SME corporate and individual client portfolios
Coordinate with insurers for competitive underwriting
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years UAE insurance sales experience
Strong knowledge of Medical Motor & Non-Motor insurance
Excellent network with clients and insurers in the region
Bachelors degree (mandatory)
