We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Business Development Manager in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Facilities Management & Security Services sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facilities management and security services sector.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term business contracts.
  • Conduct client meetings presentations and commercial discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and upselling.
  • Prepare proposals quotations and business presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  1. Business Development Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
  2. Facilities Management Sales Experience selling FM services to corporate clients.
  3. Security Services Sales Understanding of security solutions and contracts.
  4. Client Relationship Management Strong customer retention and account management capability.
  5. Negotiation & Presentation Skills Ability to influence stakeholders and close deals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network within UAE corporate sectors.
  • CRM software proficiency.
  • Strategic account management experience.

Work Experience Requirements:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 34 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE market. Prior experience in facilities management and security services is mandatory. A strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing corporate contracts is required.

Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Management or related field
  • Preferred: MBA or Sales/Business Development specialization
  • Additional Certifications: Sales CRM or Business Development certifications

Required Skills:

Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales inquiries from various lead sources. Generate new sales leads and handle outbound cold sales calls. Conduct field sales by networking with hospitals and doctors meeting clients in person (must be open to traveling preferably should own a bike). Schedule and conduct product demos to potential buyers in an effective manner as a solution consultant (training will be provided). Send price quotes and negotiate with end customers to close deals favorably ensuring maximum lead conversions and revenue generation. Meet weekly monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings and discussions sharing constructive strategies for improving sales. Maintain and update a sales pipeline on CRM monthly. Listen attentively understand and document customer requirements and issues on CRM. Coordinate with the technical support team and development team to provide prompt and knowledgeable solutions to customer issues. Conduct regular follow-ups on any issues raised to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.


Required Education:

10th and 12th grade (preferably Science or Maths) with a score of above 80%.Graduates/professionals from any field (B.A. . etc.).
