Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate focusing on hotel contracts you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential hotel partners negotiating contracts and fostering longterm collaborations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for business development and a desire to thrive in a fastpaced international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach international hotels for potential partnerships.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with fluency in English.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Flexibility with work timings to accommodate international business interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Proactive and positive approach towards achieving goals.
• MBA degree or equivalent qualification.

Additional Information:

• Travel experience preferred.
• This position is based in our Dubai office.
