Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail sector focusing on nonfood and nonFMCG goods.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate supermarkets hypermarkets and retail distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in the retail industry.
- Sales and Account Management:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of new business development and account management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Conduct regular market research to identify potential areas for business expansion and growth.
- Licensing:
- Possess and maintain a valid UAE drivers license as travel within the region is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with a focus on retail sales of nonfood and nonFMCG goods.
- Proven track record of successfully selling products to supermarkets hypermarkets and retail distributors.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid UAE drivers license is mandatory.
