Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support international sales operations across industries such as construction mining transportation marine and power generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing leads
• Generate new B2B leads through research and prospecting
• Conduct outreach via phone email WhatsApp and LinkedIn
• Reactivate existing customer databases and build new pipelines
• Maintain accurate CRM records and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Experience in business development telesales or lead generation
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales follow-up processes
• Proficiency in LinkedIn MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify key decision-makers
