Business Analyst- RPA-DAAI

Create process documentation/workflows knowledge articles and selfservice guidance for RPA & application development Projects.

Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.

• Facilitate in generation of process workflow/process ID card documents in order to collaborate on process improvements automation capabilities and clearly defined endtoend use cases.
  
• Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreedupon service levels.
  
• Conduct weekly review meeting with Business stakeholders to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
  
• Identify issues and risks and document the same as part of Process ID Card/Process Definition Document/Business Requirement Document.
  
• Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
  
• Conduct Discovery Workshop meeting with Business.
  

Track all project related activities using JIRA and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas.
