Your expertise
- ideally 5-8 years of experience in a SCRUM delivery model within the financial sector
- solid understanding of Lending in financial sector
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- highly driven and motivated with a can-do attitude and with a desire to drive change in the organization
- eager to learn and to solve complex problems
- good written and verbal communication skill in English are required, German would be an advantage.
