Your expertise
- a graduate degree; focus on HR, Reward or other related field is a plus
- ideally several years of experience within HR Analytics, Reward, Reporting or in an HR advisory or specialist role would be an asset
- an excellent communicator (with the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization)
- strong excel skills (e.g., macros, vlookups, nested if statements etc.); experience in Visual Basic / MS Access / Business Objects is a plus
- strong attention to detail
- self-starter who can work independently and lead a process, develop analytics from end-to-end
- a multitasker who is well organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
