• at least 3 to 5 years of experience working as a business manager or in a similar role which required the above expertise preferable in private banking
• very organised and able to juggle many tasks simultaneously
• an excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
• quick to learn new things including IT skills, tools and new process
• always looking to remove barriers and increase efficiency
• a natural project manager with a strategic mind-set
• clear communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills
• analytic thinker, with the ability to provide practical solutions
• self-starter, willing to take on responsibility (you can micromanage yourself)
• highly proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
