Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
- Inspect and maintain electrical systems plumbing HVAC lighting and fixtures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair issues
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hospital safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain and repair doors windows flooring and facility equipment

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Familiarity with hospital or healthcare facility maintenance preferred
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices
- Physically fit and able to handle maintenance tools and equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or vocational certification in Maintenance Electrical Mechanical or related field
- Experience working in hospitals clinics or healthcare facilities in Dubai
- Knowledge of infection control and healthcare compliance standards
