Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Batching Plant Operator to operate and monitor Ready-Mix concrete batching plant operations in accordance with production schedules and quality standards. The candidate will ensure accurate batching timely concrete production and efficient coordination with dispatch and quality teams.
The ideal candidate should have solid UAE Ready-Mix industry experience and strong knowledge of concrete mix production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and control batching plant systems for concrete production.
- Monitor batching process to ensure accurate mix proportions and quality standards.
- Coordinate with dispatch QC and site teams for timely concrete delivery.
- Perform daily plant inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor raw material levels including cement aggregates admixtures and water.
- Maintain batching records production reports and delivery logs.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the batching plant area.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational standards.
- Report equipment issues or breakdowns immediately to maintenance personnel.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 35 years of UAE Ready-Mix experience as a Batching Plant Operator.
- Strong knowledge of concrete batching operations and mix designs.
- Experience operating automated batching systems and control panels.
- Familiarity with moisture correction and concrete production processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Basic computer knowledge for batching software operation.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Diploma/Technical certification is preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
