Position: Bangladeshi FX Conversion Sales Agent
Location: Dubai UAE (no relocation)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary Commission
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the companys products and service
- Proven track record in sales preferably in a conversion-focused role within a similar industry or environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Ability to influence and persuade others with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
- The goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic sales environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Bangla both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous phone-based sales experience from FX industry is a MUST!
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills
- Availability to start/join on short notice
