We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven B2B Specialist to support the growth and development of our corporate and business partnerships across the Middle East region.
This role will focus on building strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and ensuring an excellent customer experience for corporate clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients partners and key accounts.
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across the region.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
- Prepare commercial proposals quotations and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate orders and projects.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and sales performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams on brand partnerships and corporate activations.
- Support events networking opportunities and client engagement initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales Business Development or Key Account Management.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with strong customer orientation.
Experience within Retail Fashion Lifestyle Hospitality or Luxury industries is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
