What Youll Do

• Manage the design installation and commissioning of full SDI/HD audio-visual studios built for live streaming including live casino gameshow and broadcast formats
• Lead a dedicated AV team operating on a 24/7 shift basis to maintain operate and optimize broadcast signal chains cameras switchers and transmission links
• Oversee the setup of advanced studio environments including real décor and chroma key systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV infrastructure ensuring flawless live performance under pressure
• Design custom AV circuits manage signal routing and ensure effective integration with broadcast workflows
• Partner with producers IT engineering and operations to ensure the studio meets performance quality and safety standards
• Mentor your team set operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Who You Are

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience managing AV teams (10-20 FTE) and delivering large-scale studio builds from the ground up
• Strong technical background in broadcast-grade equipment: professional cameras switchers SDI infrastructure and chroma key systems
• Skilled in electronic engineering and AV communication systems
• Excellent project management skills and a track record of achieving outcomes under tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solver calm under pressure and comfortable driving results in a 24/7 live-studio environment
