Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager Lubricant Filling / Production to manage lubricant filling operations and supervise production activities across 2 shifts. The candidate must have strong experience in lubricant filling operations SAP knowledge team handling capability and training skills to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Filling Operations

Handle complete lubricant filling operations for multiple filling lines.

Manage and monitor production activities of 2 shifts effectively.

Ensure achievement of daily production targets with minimum downtime.

Coordinate with blending maintenance warehouse QA/QC and dispatch teams for smooth operations.

Ensure proper machine utilization line efficiency and housekeeping standards.

Monitor product quality filling accuracy and packing standards.

Shift & Team Management

Supervise operators helpers and shift staff efficiently.

Ensure smooth shift handover and proper production reporting.

Allocate manpower as per production planning and operational priorities.

Maintain discipline teamwork and productivity within the department.

SAP & Reporting

Perform production-related SAP entries and maintain production records.

Monitor material consumption production output and stock movement through SAP.

Prepare daily production reports downtime reports and shift reports.

Training & Development

Provide proper operational training to production staff and operators.

Train the team on SOPs safety procedures quality standards and machine operations.

Develop a positive and team-oriented work culture.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance on the shop floor.

Follow company quality standards ISO procedures and operational guidelines.

Maintain safe and clean working conditions in the production area.

Requirements

Minimum 58 years of experience in lubricant filling / production operations.

Experience in handling lubricant filling lines and production manpower.

Good knowledge of SAP for production and inventory activities.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to handle production operations independently across 2 shifts.

Must be a team player with good training capability.
