Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Black & Grey HR is looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our Built Environment recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have 23 years of recruitment experience preferably within the Built Environment industry handling roles across construction engineering architecture infrastructure real estate and related sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes building strong talent pipelines and delivering exceptional hiring solutions to our clients across the GCC and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Built Environment positions across multiple client accounts
- Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals referrals networking and database searches
- Understand client requirements job specifications and industry-specific hiring needs
- Conduct initial HR screening candidate assessments and suitability evaluations
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Meet recruitment targets and contribute to team hiring goals

Requirements

- 23 years of recruitment experience preferably within the Built Environment industry
- Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously across construction engineering architecture infrastructure or real estate sectors
- Strong understanding of Built Environment job functions terminology and market trends
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter job portals Boolean search techniques and professional networks
- Strong communication stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple client requirements
- Strong follow-up coordination and relationship-building skills
- Consultancy recruitment experience is highly preferred
- Experience recruiting for GCC or international markets is an advantage
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred
