Your compassionate nature and clinical skills will contribute significantly to improving the well-being of our patients while working closely with a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurses in delivering personalized care including help with daily living activities and personal grooming
- Measure and record vital signs keeping thorough documentation to support patient care
- Assist with patient mobility needs and ensure their safety and comfort at all times
- Help manage medication adherence by providing reminders and supporting prescribed treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on health-related concerns and ongoing care practices
- Uphold infection control standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare teams to foster collaborative care
Requirements
- Valid DHA certification as an Assistant Nurse
- Experience in homecare or a similar healthcare setting is an advantage
- Proficient communication skills with a strong emphasis on patient interaction
- Compassionate and caring approach to nursing
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of nursing practices and patient care
- Flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs and preferences
