The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning scheduling progress monitoring and coordination to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop monitor and update project schedules work programs and progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays risks and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare baseline programs recovery schedules and look-ahead plans for project execution.
- Review project drawings technical documents and construction schedules.
- Conduct resource planning productivity analysis and project forecasting.
- Prepare planning dashboards reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines contractual requirements and company standards.
- Support project teams with planning-related technical coordination and execution strategies.
- Maintain planning documentation project records and progress tracking systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera and AutoCAD is required.
- Strong knowledge of project planning scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and project coordination.
- Strong analytical communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet strict deadlines effectively.
