You will be updated with latest job alerts via email1. Execution of Communication Strategies: Work closely with the Head of Communications to implement communication plans for portfolio companies. Ensure consistent messaging across various channels, both internal and external.
2. Collaboration with PR Agency: Foster a strong partnership with the PR agency to align on communication objectives and strategies for portfolio companies. Provide guidance and support to enhance the PR agencys efforts in promoting the companies effectively.
3. Portfolio Companies Support: Lead the communication efforts for portfolio companies, enhancing their brand visibility and reputation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and portfolio company representatives to gather information and ensure accurate representation.
4. Monitoring and Reporting: Keep track of PR activities related to portfolio companies and assess their impact. Regularly report to the Head of Communications on the performance and status of each portfolio companys PR activity, highlighting successes and suggesting improvements.
5. Media and PR Management at Industry Events: Support the Head of Communications in managing media interactions and PR activities during industry events, conferences, and seminars. Coordinate logistics, prepare spokespersons, and ensure positive media coverage.
6. Message Consistency: Maintain consistent messaging across all communication materials and platforms, aligning with the investment companys overall communication goals and values.
7. Crisis Communication: Assist in developing crisis communication plans and strategies, ensuring rapid and effective detection and responses in times of reputational challenges.
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for the selected portfolio companies , including media representatives, industry and government influencers and partners, to enhancevisibility and reputation overall and specifically in key markets.
Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in executing communication strategies, preferably within the technology, investment, or related industry.
Over 5 years of regional experience in the PR/communications field.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in managing media interactions and coordinating PR activities during events.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of PR efforts.
Familiarity with crisis communication strategies and their implementation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple portfolio companies simultaneously.
A strategic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
