Job Summary
Assessing production resource requirements calculating timescales or schedules as necessary to manage all the important procedures to hire heads and supervisors for different procedures on the assembly line and have to collect reports from them on the work that is done to review the manufacturing unit and to make sure that all the machinery that is being used is in a good working condition to keep eyes on the competition in the market and should also look in to bringing in new technology in the vehicle and manufacturing process to work closely with the R&D team of the company regarding improving the product to ensure that manufacturing unit has all the required licenses and clearances from the government so there are no problems in the operations to work with the senior management and other experts and anticipate demands for the products to regularly meet with the senior management in the company and update them about the work progress
