Job Description

  • Supervise and drive contractors to apply to all requirements of the various Abu Dhabi authorities to facilitate building completion certificate and handover process.
  • Coordinate with Authorities and Stakeholders to obtain NOCs and approvals in timely manner
  • Manage testing and commissioning process at the end of the construction process including inspection requirements by authorities.
  • Manage implementation of snags and facilitate handover process.
  • Maintain accurate audit trail for all stakeholder engagement/communications.
  • Ensure stakeholder records are kept up-to-date and reflect latest contact and engagement activities
  • Work with the stakeholder engagement teams to determine key issues, how they relate to the relevant project activities and what mitigation measures can be implemented to reduce the impacts
  • Based in KEZAD HQ with regular site attendance to projects across Abu Dhabi.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering related major
  • Minimum 15 years of related work experience in engineering and construction delivery, of which 10 years working with a contractor.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Knowledgeable of Abu Dhabi Authorities and Stakeholders requirements.
  • Good writing, planning and organization skills.
  • Experience of working within a stakeholder management capacity.
