- Education Preferred master’s degree that is relevant to the job requirement.
- Required experience at least 8-10 years of relevant Program Management, Health Care insurance or Clinical field work experience in an organizational setting.
- Licenses/Certifications Required, e.g. Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Experience facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities.
- Experienced in vendor/contract management and negotiations.
- Experience in managing, motivating, mentoring staff and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of managed care health insurance programs with preference given to applicants with strong experience in UAE and Abu Dhabi market.
- Demonstrated success managing programs with multiple, large scale, diverse and complex projects executing simultaneously.
- Ability to work well independently or leading a project team/effort with limited supervision.
- Strong team collaboration mindset.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams/projects, platforms and maintain program controls.
- Strong knowledge of program management processes facilitating the creation of standard program documents and materials supporting program tracking & deliverables.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong facilitation and mentoring skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
