- Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in
- Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
- Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
- Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration.
- Functional knowledge on Eximbills / Trade Finance products viz. (Import LC, Export LC, Collection, Guarantees)
- Java debugging knowledge.
- Hands on experience in Unix commands
- Very good knowledge in Oracle - SQL& PL/SQL
- Experience in handling interface related issues and good idea about the Middleware systems like TIBCO/Open API/ Micro Services.
- Good knowledge of Open source applications/application components
- Good knowledge of application licensing
- Knowledge on DBs like Mongo, Hive, PostgreSQL
- Knowledge in reporting tools viz. Power BI is an added advantage.
