Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Handle local procurement activities vendor sourcing quotations and purchase coordination.
Manage trade license renewals permits and regulatory documentation.
Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders as required.
Maintain company records contracts licenses and administrative documentation.
Coordinate office facilities assets and operational requirements.
Support vehicle administration logistics coordination and staff-related administrative matters.
Ensure timely completion of all compliance and documentation requirements.
Requirements
35 years of experience in Administration Procurement or Office Management.
Strong knowledge of UAE trade licenses government procedures and documentation.
Experience handling local procurement and vendor management.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong organizational negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
