Acquisition Finance Analyst

Job Description

• Effectively manage own portfolio of LBO deals including Agency roles when needed.
• Detect underperforming assets early and propose strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with clients, credit, and syndicate banks, offering day-to-day control and support for new investments in LBO and Corporate Cross-Over deals.
• Contribute to various deal processes, encompassing financial modeling, credit and legal analysis, and presentations to relevant committees.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key portfolio clients, working closely with middle and back offices to ensure accurate and timely management of loan facilities and compliance processes.
• Provide credit and operational support, and offer general assistance to team members when necessary.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in the European Leveraged Finance market or similar credit related area.
• Highly numerical and capable of building and using cash flow model.
• Credit skills with exposure to a wide range of business sectors across all relevant European jurisdictions
• CFA qualification is recommended
