Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors on a daily basis, providing a professional and friendly front of house service and delivering an exceptional first
Taking pride in the appearance of the business center by adhering the dress code & ensuring all areas of the center including; kitchens, meeting rooms, conference rooms and reception areas are presented within company standards and representative of a 5-star
Contribute to the overall revenue of the center by identifying opportunities to up sell and cross sell companies products and
Increase client retention by meeting and exceeding client
Provide a resource for clients seeking information, assistance or recommendations; a thorough understanding of all key services, products and amenities are critical in the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely
Demonstrate a true passion for customer service by proactively seeking ways to exceed client s expectations, always going above and
Highly visible and ready to assist clients as and when needs arise with a flexible and helpful
Commit to solving any client/visitor issues and following through to
Support clients needs by preparing meeting rooms or offices before client use, troubleshooting basic and telecom technical issues, moving furniture and providing
Providing administration support including delivering mail, organizing courier services, ordering office supplies, preparing
Key Criteria
Essential
Previous work experience within a customer service focused
Previous experience of working within in a client-facing environment, Reception/
Professional communication
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Proven organization skills ability to prioritize and

Previous experience within another serviced office provider or other service related
Degree or equivalent within hospitality or
