A well-established Property & Real Estate Company based in Dubai is urgently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant / HR Officer to handle both finance and HR functions within the organization.
This is a dual-role position ideal for someone hands-on organized and comfortable managing both numbers and people processes.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Prepare monthly financial reports
Assist in VAT preparation and compliance
Bank reconciliations and expense tracking
Coordinate with external auditors and consultants
HR & Administration
Manage employee records and HR documentation
Handle payroll preparation and WPS coordination
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Support visa leave management and employee relations
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or HR
Experience in UAE is preferred
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Zoho QuickBooks Tally or similar)
Basic understanding of UAE Labor Law
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
