Job Description

- Monitor and evaluate food handling, storage, and safety procedures in supermarkets
- Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with IIQAF standards
- Offer guidance and training to supermarket staff on food safety practices and regulations
- Collaborate with supermarket managers to develop and implement corrective action plans
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and training sessions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarket partners
Required
- At least 2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or related field
- Knowledge of relevant food safety laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently to different supermarket locations
